The Central Board of Excise and Customs (CBEC) today notified that several sections of the UTGST act (Union Territory Goods and Services Tax ) would be applicable from 22nd June 2017. As per the Notification, the provisions of sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 17, 21 and section 22 of the said Act shall come into force w.e.f 22nd June 2017. Read the full text of the Notification...
