Experience/ Exposure
- CA/ MBA/ B.Tech from Tier 1 colleges
- 2+ Years of experience post qualification
- Strong Excel Skills and good business acumen
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams
- Strong Financial modeling and PowerPoint skills
- Previous experience as a business finance partner is desired, experience in a start-up/Retail would be preferred (experience of handling Perishable/F&V will be added advantage)
- Self-starter who can take ownership of deliverables with minimal direction and develop new ways of approaching business problems
- Continuous improvement attitude and fast le
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of SQL would be a plus

Responsibilities
- Developing deep understanding of the business and consumers, Cost drivers and other functions of the organization
- Doing data driven trend analysis for customers/operational metrics with focus on improving the shape of the P&L whale highlighting key insights to leadership.
- Creating processes for new initiatives and improving existing ones with focus on governance & cost leakage
- Preparing, managing and publishing business scorecards
- Stakeholder Management & working very closely with the business teams
- Run weekly reviews with the business stakeholders
- Assist with ad-hoc analysis on various projects as and when required.
