The Deloitte has invited applications for the post of Manager – Talent Operations – Deployment – Tax.

The RM Services Manager leads more than one service area or regional team of RM Professionals to deliver RM services in alignment with TS mission and overall deployment strategy

Responsibilities:

  • Lead service area/regional team of RM professionals to execute RM function/processes in alignment with TS mission and to drive business specific strategies from time to time
  • Be the “RM Face” to business/service area/region as the primary “Go To” person t advise/support on all resource staffing/deployment needs
  • Manage/Supervise daily activities of service areas/regional RM professionals to deliver business needs there by maximizing productivity and exceeding service level expectations
  • Ensures seamless collaboration & frequent communication between US/USI RM teams,
  • Business Advisors, Business Leaders, PPMD & so on to execute to the plan and seek necessary help from time to time to stay on course
  • Forecast business trends, proactively find out gaps before they appear, mitigate and improvise imperatives
  • Ensure Hygiene factors for self and Region/SL are met as defined by the respective FSS (Plan vs Actuals vs projections, HPP, Utilization, Slippage/Variance etc.)
  • Ensure that resource management data for assigned service area/region is maintained wit high degree of timelines/accuracy and conduct periodic audits/reviews. Communicate notable trends on availability and demand to TS RM Leader/Business leadership to aid in decision making
  • Create periodic forums/meetings with all involved stakeholders to review business plans (include all Plan/forecast/schedules etc.), plan forward, changes to the plan, impact on business, way forward, alternatives, help required & so on
  • Drive service and process efficiencies and bring in optimization at the Region/SL level. Highlight situations (proactively) in appropriate forums/meetings that has potential impact on business plans and warrants timely actions from Leaders to stay in control of the situation.
