As per the report released by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India ( ICAI ) a CA Fresher received 26.60LPA offer in ICAI’s Campus Placement Programme.
The 62nd Campus Placement Programme was conducted across 9 Bigger and 20 Smaller Centres for the newly qualified Chartered Accountants of May 2025 batch. A total of 3,795 candidates received job offers from 157 participating organisations.
Out of these, 2,929 candidates accepted the offers. Power Finance Corporation Ltd. extended the highest domestic package of R26.60 LPA, while the average CTC stood at R12.88 LPA. The Financial Services sector led the placements with 1,675 job offers, followed by the Banking sector with 994 offers, reflecting the strong industry confidence and continued demand for Chartered Accountants across diverse domains.

Last year, the highest salary offered for domestic postings was ₹26.5 lakh per annum, extended by Power Finance Corporation. This figure reflects a decline from the ₹28 lakh package reported during the 57th Campus Placement held in 2023. On average, the cost-to-company (CTC) for placements this year stood at ₹12.49 lakh per annum, a marginal increase over last year’s figure of ₹12.45 lakh.
