The Department of Trade and Taxes has issued an order for the transfer and posting of 19 Goods and Services Tax Officers (GSTOs) with immediate effect, as a part of the administrative restructuring within the department itself.

The order for the transfer and posting of the officers has been issued by the Administration Branch of the Department of Trade and Taxes located at Vyapar Bhawan, I.P. Estate, New Delhi, and the same has been approved by the competent authority for the purpose of streamlining the functioning of the officers at various GST wards and branches within the department.

The officers who were earlier under posting, have been assigned their duties at various wards within the Delhi GST regime while the officers have been given additional charges at various administrative and policy levels within the department itself.

The order clarifies that the transfers take effect immediately, and officers concerned are required to assume charge of their new assignments without delay.

According to the official order, the following officers have been transferred to new postings:

1. Akshay Kumar Sharma

2. Anuj Kumar Gupta

3. Arvind Kumar

4. Ashok Bansal

5. Baljit Singh

6. Dinesh Kumar

7. G.R. Meena

8. Hemant Kumar Singh

9. Jitender Kumar

10. Kinshuk Srivastava

11. Kunal Ninaneya

12. Naresh Kumar

13. Pooran Mal Meena

14. Pradeep Kumar Tripathi

15. Sandeep Kumar

16. Sh. Vinay Kumar

17. Soma Guha

18. Subha Brato Das

19. Vakul Kumar Goel

The officers who were earlier under posting have been assigned their duties at various wards within the Delhi GST regime while the officers have been given additional charges at various administrative and policy levels within the department such as Law & Judicial, Audit, Policy & Research, Administration Branch, Public Grievance & Information, and Seva Kendra (CRC). .

The order clarifies that the transfers take effect immediately and officers concerned are required to assume charge of their new assignments without delay.
