Responsibilities:
- Support Construction Finance Business
• Launch various initiatives to build and maintain a healthy funnel of leads and conversions
• Work closely with Sales, Credit, Risk, Ops and other teams involved
• Proposal preparation and internal risk rating
• Cash flow projections
• Financial analysis
• Monitor existing and new to Bank exposures
• Conduct promoter discussion
• Conduct Site visit
• Liaison with vendors involved during transaction
• Track deal status and act in time bound manner
Centre of Excellence – Real Estate
• Drive various initiatives to tap assets and liability from Real Estate sector
• Publish regular update to senior management
• Work closely in multi team environment
Compliance and Risk Management
• Ensure due diligence and compliance in customer acquisition and file submissions.
• Identify red flags and take corrective actions to maintain sourcing quality.
Customer Experience
• Ensure prompt service and communication with CF customers.
• Follow up on customer feedback to improve engagement and experience.
Digital Adoption and Innovation
• Promote usage of digital tools and mobile apps for lead capture and tracking among the field team.
