The Employee's Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has issued an order requiring all establishments covered under the Employee's Provident Funds Scheme, 1952, to prominently display form 5A extract as a key compliance information.
The order, dated October 7, 2025, and signed by Central Provident Fund Commissioner Ramesh Krishnamurthi, aims to ensure the proper implementation and transparency of the Employees Provident Funds Scheme, 1952.
In Pursuance to the directions issued by the Central Government under Para 78(1) of the Employees Provident Funds Scheme, 1952, the commissioner had issued the order under Para 78(3) of the Employees Provident Funds Scheme, 1952, the order directs employers to display the extract of Form 5A at either the entrance of the establishment or on the website along with a mobile application of the establishment.
