All-India Appointment
- Sh. Ankush Kumar Prajapati, Assistant Legal Advisor – Appointed as SPP with jurisdiction throughout India.

The appointments are legally binding under the powers vested by the proviso to Section 46(1) of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002. By expanding its prosecutorial panel, the Finance Ministry has reaffirmed its commitment to tightening India’s anti-money laundering framework.
