ICAI announces Nationwide Convocation for New CAs: Complete Details Inside
The eligible members who enrolled as Chartered Accountants during this period will be awarded their membership credentials in person at the convocation venues.
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India ( ICAI ) has announced its next Convocation Ceremony to be held on 29th December 2025. The newly qualified Chartered Accountants from across the country to formally receive their Certificates of Membership and Certificate of Practice (COP).
The convocation will be organized in multiple cities across the four major regions of India, ensuring broad accessibility for members enrolled during the period from 16th July to 30th November 2025.
The eligible members who enrolled as Chartered Accountants during this period will be awarded their membership credentials in person at the convocation venues.
The ceremony also provides a distinguished platform to felicitate the Rank Holders of the CA Final Examination held in September 2025, acknowledging their outstanding academic performance in one of the profession’s most rigorous examinations.
The convocation has been structured across different regional centres to accommodate the geographical spread of ICAI’s diverse membership base.
In the Western Region, events will take place in Ahmedabad, Mumbai, and Pune.
The Southern Region will welcome candidates in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ernakulam, and Vijayawada.
The Eastern Region will hold ceremonies in Kolkata and the Central Region will host in Ghaziabad, Indore, and Jaipur.

Additionally, the Northern Region will conduct convocations in Chandigarh, Ludhiana, and New Delhi.
With regards to the timings and dates, ICAI stated that “Eligible Members will be intimated individually giving details of venue, timings, etc. by the M&SS Directorate for confirmation of their participation in the Convocation. Details of Programme will be hosted at ICAI website shortly.”
