The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has released the admit cards for the CA Foundation September 2025 session. The admit cards have been made available through the ICAI e-services portal, and students can access them using their registration number and password.
The CA Foundation September session exams are scheduled to be held on 16, 18, 20, and 22 September 2025. Candidates are required to download and print their admit card in advance, as no physical copies will be dispatched by post.
Steps to Download the Admit Card
- Visit the ICAI official e-services portal at https://eservices.icai.org/EForms/configuredHtml/1666/71696/login.html.
- Enter your SSP ID Student Registration No@icai.org.
- Enter SSP Password and Press ‘Download Admit Card’
- Access your candidate dashboard.
- Select the “CA Foundation Admit Card” link.
- View the admit card on screen and check all details.
- If errors are found, contact the ICAI helpdesk immediately.
- Download and print the admit card for use on exam day.
Purpose of the Admit Card
The admit card is a mandatory entry document and no candidate shall be allowed to appear in the exam without it. It authenticates the student’s identity and confirms their registration for the specific exam session.

Information Contained in the Admit Card
The document provides details such as exam name, date, timings, centre name and address, along with candidate particulars including name, photograph, registration number, roll number, category and medium of exam. Candidates have been advised to verify and ensure that only the correct details have been given within their admit cards.
Documents to Carry while Appearing for the Exam:
- A printed copy of the CA Foundation September 2025 admit card.
- One valid government-issued photo ID proof such as Aadhaar card, Voter ID, Passport, PAN card, or Driving License.
Exam Day Instructions
- Arrive at the exam centre at least 30 minutes before the start time.
- Carry both the printed admit card and a valid photo ID proof.
- Use the 15-minute reading time before the paper begins.
- Do not leave the exam hall before the official end time of the exam.
- Submit the question paper and OMR sheet before exiting.
- Sign the attendance sheet against your roll number.
- Do not bring restricted items such as mobile phones, smart watches, books, or electronic devices into the hall.

Common Queries from Students
- Forgot login credentials? Use the “Forgot password/registration number” option on the ICAI login page. The details will be sent to your registered email or mobile number.
- Found an error in the admit card? Report the discrepancy online to ICAI and upload the required documents. Until corrected, carry both the original admit card and the approval copy from ICAI to the exam centre.
- Is the admit card mandatory? Yes, no student can appear without a valid admit card and ID proof.
