ICSI CS Professional June 2025 Exam Results Out: Know Rank Holders and How to Check Result Here

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has officially declared the results of the Company Secretary - CS Professional Programme (Old and New Syllabus) for the June 2025 session. The results were announced on Monday, August 25, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. as per the notified schedule.

The ExecutiveProgramme (Syllabus 2022) results are also scheduled to go live at 02:00 P.M today.

All-India Rank Holders

According to the merit list, the following candidates secured the top six positions in the CS Professional Programme (June 2025 session) (Old-2017 Syllabus) :

1. Prashil Singh
   – Rank 1 (Roll No. 701930)
2. Dimpal Sharma – Rank 2 (Roll No. 705304)
3. Deshna Jain – Rank 3 (Roll No. 717955)
4. Anjali Dodwe – Rank 4 (Roll No. 717953)
5. Neelopher – Rank 5 (Roll No. 711890)
6. Jay Vipul Soni – Rank 6 (Roll No. 719870)

For the Professional Programme (New-2022 Syllabus) June 2025 session, the All-India merit list has also been released. Bhumi Vinod Mehta (Roll No. 618151) secured Rank 1, followed by Osmi Gupta (Roll No. 606748) at Rank 2, and Aum Bhavin Mehta (Roll No. 618237) at Rank 3. Other top scorers include Laxmi Mukesh Shah (Rank 4, Roll No. 617897), Aditi Santosh Bodhale (Rank 5, Roll No. 610071), and Vanshika Hissariya (Rank 6, Roll No. 606165).

The merit positions were prepared strictly on the basis of candidates’ performance in all papers of the professional examination, in a single attempt, and without any exemptions. ICSI has clarified that the list is provisional and subject to verification as per the Company Secretaries Regulations, 1982.

How to Check CS Professional Results

ICSI has made the individual results and subject-wise break-up of marks available on its official website www.icsi.edu. Candidates can access their results by entering their roll number and registration details.

For Professional Programme candidates (both 2017 and 2022 syllabus), the Result-cum-Marks Statement will be dispatched in physical format to their registered addresses. Candidates are advised to wait for 30 days before raising any query in case they do not receive the hard copy. For queries, they may contact the Institute at exam@icsi.edu.

For Executive Programme (Syllabus 2022) candidates, the Result-cum-Marks Statement has been made available online only, and no physical copies will be sent.

Upcoming Examination

ICSI has also announced that the next session of the Professional and Executive Programme examinations (Syllabus 2022) will be conducted from December 22 to December 29, 2025. The online enrolment window for exam applications will open from August 26, 2025.
