The Directorate General of Foreign Trade ( DGFT ) has revised the import policy for colloidal precious metals, placing them under the "Restricted" category with immediate effect.
The change was notified via S.O. (E) in exercise of powers under Sections 3 and 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, read with Paragraphs 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2023.
