What are Forms 3CA-3CD and 3CB-3CD?

Form 3CA-3CD is utilized when a business or profession’s accounts, audited under any other law, also require an audit report and a statement of particulars for tax purposes under Section 44AB.

Form 3CB-3CD applies to cases not covered by other laws but are subject to tax audit requirements, specifically for those referenced in clause (b) of sub-rule (1) of rule 6G of the Income-tax Rules.
