A viral advertisement circulating on Facebook has falsely claimed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has launched a new investment platform called “QuantumAl” that promises huge monthly returns.
The ad, run by a page named Insight India, says that an investment of ₹21,000 can create returns of up to ₹3.5 lakh per month, a claim that has now been debunked as fake.
According to the Press Information Bureau’s Fact Check (PIB Fact Check) unit, the advertisement is completely fraudulent and based on an AI-generated video misusing the Prime Minister’s likeness. PIB confirmed that neither the Prime Minister nor the Government of India has launched or endorsed any such investment scheme or platform.

Officials have cautioned citizens not to click on any links associated with such advertisements as they are likely phishing attempts intending to steal personal and financial information.
The government has told users to remain vigilant against deceptive digital promotions that falsely use official names or images to gain credibility.
Additionally, the citizens are advised to verify all investment-related claims from official government or financial regulator websites and to immediately report any suspicious social media ads.
The PIB Fact Check team informed the public that “No such scheme has been launched or endorsed by the Prime Minister or the Government of India. Beware of fake videos promoting fraudulent investment platforms.”
