MCA Hiring CA, CS and CMA: 145 Posts Open for Qualified and Semi-Qualified Young Professionals [Read Notice]

The Ministry ofCorporate Affairs (MCA) is inviting applications from Young Professionals (YP) and Assistant Young Professionals (AYP) that are affiliated with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) (formerly known as the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India - ICWAI) and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) to fill 145 vacancies within the Ministry.
Qualified members of ICAI/ICMAI/ICSI are eligible for YP roles, while semi-qualified candidates who have passed the Intermediate/Executive examinations of the respective Institutes may apply for AYP positions.

The appointees will be engaged on a contractual basis for deployment at Central Facility Centres (CRC/C-PACE/CSC/CPC) located at IICA, IMT Manesar near Gurugram (Haryana).
Ideal candidates should demonstrate communication, interpersonal and analytical skills along with a working knowledge of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) applications.
Engagements will be full time on contract-basis for a maximum period of three years or until the candidate attains 35 years of age, whichever is earlier and is subject to annual performance review.
Scope of Work
The appointed professionals will examine and process e-forms under the Companies Act, 2013 and The Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) Act, 2008 and shall work towards disposing of the targets set by the Registrar of Companies (ROC).
Remuneration
Monthly consolidated remuneration for Young Professionals is fixed at ₹75,000 in the first year; ₹80,000 in the second year (inclusive of a ₹5,000 increment) and ₹85,000 in the third year.
Assistant Young Professionals will receive ₹40,000, ₹42,500 (including a ₹2,500 increment) and ₹45,000 respectively. Additionally, personnel may be paid ₹2,500 per day for attending office on Sundays and holidays depending on work exigencies decided by the ROC.

Work Schedule and Leave Policy
Appointees shall be entitled to one day’s leave per calendar month with no remuneration for absence beyond 12 days in a year on a pro-rata basis and no carry forward of unavailed leave; normal working days are Monday to Saturday with a 48-hour week subject to target achievement.
Other Terms
Ideal candidates should not have exceeded 35 years of age during the time of engagement. The cut-off date for determining both qualification and age is 30 October 2025.
Candidates must bear clean antecedents and have no prior conviction or criminal antecedents. Selection will be on merit conducted by the respective professional Institutes and appointment will be routed through ICAI/ICMAI/ICSI, which will also handle contractual engagement, training and termination provisions.
