MCA to Launch Final Set of 38 Company Forms on 14th July, Portal Downtime Announced

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs ( MCA ) has announced that it will launch the final set of 38 Company Forms under the revamped MCA21 V3 portal on 14th July 2025.
13 Annual Filing Forms and 6 Audit/Cost Audit Forms will be part of this most recent release, which is the last stage of the ministry's continuing digital change in order to improve regulatory compliance.
The MCA portal will remain unavailable from 12:00 AM on 9th July 2025 to 11:59 PM on 11th July 2025. The ministry has advised stakeholders to plan their statutory filings accordingly during this period of downtime.

The updated forms will go live and be available for e-filing through the V3 portal starting 12:00 AM on 14th July 2025.
Companies, experts, and compliance officials have been asked by the ministry to cooperate and be cooperative during the migration and upgrade. The goal of the V3 portal, which gradually replaces the previous filing system, is to improve user experience, simplify procedures, and expedite response times for statutory filings.
