CA Exams 2025: ICAI Board of Studies Releases Foundation Revision Test Papers for September Schedule
The ICAI has slated the release of the Revision Test Papers as a part of ICAI’s structured academic support initiative to ensure students have access to adequate self-assessment tools before appearing for the exams
The Board of Studies (Academic) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has released the official Revision Test Papers for the Chartered Accountant (CA) Foundation September 2025 Examination. These test papers are now available on the BoS Live portal and shall assist students appearing for the upcoming exam cycle to effectively revise and strengthen their conceptual clarity across all the exam subjects.

The September 2025 exam will cover the four foundational papers - Accounting, Business Laws, Quantitative Aptitude, and Business Economics. The released test papers include both theoretical and application-based questions, designed to reflect the current syllabus and examination pattern.
For instance, Paper 1: Accounting features questions on journal entries, bank reconciliation, trial balance rectifications, depreciation, bills of exchange, and final accounts. Each section of the paper has been curated to help students revisit their understanding of key topics such as accounting concepts, inventory valuation, and error rectification, with detailed sample transactions and conceptual questions.
Essentially, the test papers give a snapshot of the level of complexity and types of questions students can expect while appearing for the exam, allowing them to identify and mitigate their weaknesses while aligning their preparation.
