The timetable released by the ICSI details on the syllabus and their corresponding groups.The Institute ofCompany Secretaries of India (ICSI) has released the official timetable for the December 2025 session of the Company Secretaries (CS) Examinations.
The detailed schedule covers both the Executive and Professional Programmes under the 2022 Syllabus and will be conducted over eight days starting from December 22, 2025, to December 29, 2025.
All examinations shall be held in the afternoon, with the timing scheduled from 2:00 PM to 5:15 PM on all days.

The exam schedule for the Executive Programme (Syllabus 2022) is as follows:
- 22.12.2025 (Monday): Jurisprudence, Interpretation and General Laws (Group-1)
- 23.12.2025 (Tuesday): Capital Market and Securities Laws (Group-2)
- 24.12.2025 (Wednesday): Company Law and Practice (Group-1)
- 25.12.2025 (Thursday): No Examination
- 26.12.2025 (Friday): Economic, Commercial and Intellectual Property Laws (Group-2)
- 27.12.2025 (Saturday): Setting Up of Business, Industrial and Labour Laws (Group-1)
- 28.12.2025 (Sunday): Tax Laws and Practice (Group-2)
- 29.12.2025 (Monday): Corporate Accounting and Financial Management (Group-1)

For the Professional Programme (Syllabus 2022), the schedule is as follows:
- 22.12.2025 (Monday): Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) – Principles and Practice (Group-1)
- 23.12.2025 (Tuesday): Strategic Management and Corporate Finance (Group-2)
- 24.12.2025 (Wednesday): Drafting, Pleadings and Appearances (Group-1)
- 25.12.2025 (Thursday): No Examination
- 26.12.2025 (Friday): Corporate Restructuring, Valuation and Insolvency (Group-2)
- 27.12.2025 (Saturday): Compliance Management, Audit and Due Diligence (Group-1)
- 28.12.2025 (Sunday): Elective 2 (one out of five subjects, open book exam) for Group-2:
(i) Arbitration, Mediation and Conciliation
(ii) Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Corporate Tax Planning
(iii) Labour Laws and Practice
(iv) Banking and Insurance – Laws and Practice
(v) Insolvency and Bankruptcy – Law and Practice
- 29.12.2025 (Monday): Elective 1 (one out of five subjects, open book exam) for Group-1:
(i) CSR and Social Governance
(ii) Internal and Forensic Audit
(iii) Intellectual Property Rights – Law and Practice
(iv) Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics and Cyber Security – Laws and Practice
(v) Advanced Direct Tax Laws and Practice
Candidates shall be granted an extra-time of 15 minutes from 2:00 PM to 2:15 PM to read the question paper before the commencement of writing, to strategize their approach towards the examination paper.

It is further notified that the Institute has reserved December 30 and 31, 2025, as well as January 1 and 2, 2026, to accommodate any exigency that may arise during the conduct of examinations. Candidates have also been advised to regularly visit the official ICSI portal for any further updates or instructions related to the December 2025 examinations.
