ICSI Invites Queries on Company Compliance Facilitation Scheme, 2026
The initiative aims to ease compliance and help companies regularize pending obligations under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

The Institute of CompanySecretaries of India (ICSI) formally invited professional colleagues to submit queries and clarifications on the recently launched Company Compliance Facilitation Scheme (CCFS) 2026. The initiative is aimed at promoting ease of compliance, and enabling companies to regularize pending obligations.
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is India’s national professional body for companysecretaries, established under the Company Secretaries Act, 1980. It operates under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and is responsible for regulating, developing, and promoting the profession of company secretaries across the country.
Through a circular dated March 19, 2026, ICSI highlighted that the CCFS 2026 is designed to provide a structured opportunity for companies to address lapses in regulatory filings and streamline their compliance processes.
ICSI has urged its members and the wider professional community to share clear and specific queries regarding the scheme by March 23, 2026, through this dedicated Google Form (Click Here).
The institute emphasized that these inputs will be consolidated and forwarded to the Ministry to ensure timely clarifications and smooth implementation.
ICSI continues to serve as a bridge between the corporate sector and the government, facilitating dialogue that strengthens regulatory frameworks while safeguarding professional interests.
For company secretaries and corporate professionals, the scheme offers both an opportunity and a responsibility: to engage proactively, raise practical concerns, and help shape the clarifications that will guide implementation.
The success of CCFS 2026 will depend not only on the Ministry’s responsiveness but also on the collective effort of the professional community to articulate challenges and propose workable solutions.
With this initiative, ICSI reinforces its commitment to professional excellence and regulatory facilitation, ensuring that compliance becomes less of a burden and more of a streamlined process aligned with India’s evolving corporate governance standards.
