The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has announced the reopening of the online examination enrolment window for the Company Secretary (CS) Examinations due to happen in December 2025.
Through a circular dated 12 October, 2025, the Directorate of Student Services of the ICSI has informed that the enrolment portal will be accessible from 10:00 a.m. on 23rd October 2025 to 11:59 p.m. on 25th October 2025, providing students who missed out on exam enrolment with a final opportunity to complete their registration.
Candidates will also be allowed to submit requests for examination enrolment with late fee, addition of module with late fee and exemption on the basis of higher qualification during the reopening period.
Students may note that the online change-window, meant for changing examination centre, medium, module or optional subject will remain closed during the enrolment reopening period.
This change request window will reopen separately from 26th October 2025 to 21st November 2025 (up to 4:00 p.m.), after which no further requests for modifications will be accepted by ICSI under any circumstances.
Students who have not yet completed the mandatory Pre-Examination Test have been advised to do so between 11th October 2025 and 24th October 2025, latest by 5:30 p.m. on the 24th of October.
Similarly, those pending completion of the One Day Orientation Programme (ODOP), referred to as TDOP, must complete it between 11th October 2025 and 20th October 2025.
Students are urged to carefully adhere to the timelines and complete all requirements before the stipulated deadlines to ensure their eligibility for the December 2025 examination session.
