LLP Form 11 Filing for FY 2025-26 Due by May 30 on MCA Portal
Form 11 acts as the annual compliance snapshot of an LLP—confirming its operational and ownership details to maintain transparency and legal standing.

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has issued a compliance reminder to all stakeholders for the timely submission of LLP Form 11 (Annual Return of Limited Liability Partnership) for the financial year 2025–26. The statutory filing, which captures essential details of partners, contributions, and changes in management, must be completed on the MCA Portal no later than 30 May 2026.

According to the ministry post, stakeholders are required to log in at www.mca.gov.in using their MCA V3 Business User credentials. The filing path is clearly outlined: navigate to MCA Services → LLP e‑Filing → Form 11 – Annual Return of LLP.

This remains the LLPs ' responsibility to avoid penalties associated with delayed or non-filing
Form 11
Form 11 is the Annual Return of a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) that must be filed every year with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008. It must be filed within 60 days of the close of the financial year, which means the due date for FY 2025–26 is 30 May 2026.

Filing Form 11 is mandatory for all registered LLPs, even if they haven’t carried out any business during the year.
