ICAI Releases Student Activity Calendar 2025–26; Sets Year-Round Academic Roadmap for CA Foundation, Intermediate & Final Aspirants
The roadmap spans across all major exam cycles of ICAI including September 2025, January 2026, May 2026, September 2026 and January 2027.
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has officially released its Student Activities Calendar for the academic year (A.Y.) 2025–26. Published by the Board of Studies (Academic), the calendar outlines a comprehensive schedule of virtual learning, mock tests, induction programs and revisionary classes for aspirants of the Foundation, Intermediate and Final levels.
The 2025–26 calendar sets an academic roadmap in line with ICAI’s revised examination framework, under which CA exams are now held thrice a year.
The roadmap spans across all the major exam cycles that shall be conducted during September 2025, January 2026, May 2026, September 2026 and January 2027, thus ensuring that aspirants have access to continuous academic engagement and support irrespective of their exam timeline.
The activity calendar has also included live virtual classes for all levels, strategically scheduled revisionary sessions, mock test series in two phases (Series I and II), and 'Success at CA Exam' events aimed at boosting confidence and providing structured exam preparation.
For Foundation course students, the calendar includes dedicated induction programs and live classes tailored to each exam cycle.
Intermediate and Final level students shall also receive the benefit of extended academic planning, with early commencement of classes and periodic webinars to help pace their preparation effectively across attempts. Aspirants shall also receive the benefits of Mock Test Papers and revisionary classes in the months leading up to each exam session.

The ICAI has also deployed a range of dedicated online platforms for the purpose.
The Self Service Portal (https://eservices.icai.org/) is designated for course registration, examinations and articleship.
Book orders can be placed via the CDS Portal (https://cds.icai.org/#/), while live virtual classes are accessible through the BoS Knowledge Portal (https://boslive.icai.org/).
For registration in Information Technology (IT), Orientation Course (OC), and General Management and Communication Skills (GMCS) courses, students may use the ICITSS portal (https://www.icaionlineregistration.org/).
The ICAI Digital Learning Campus (SPOM) at https://lms.icai.org/login supports self-paced learning for all module sets (A to D), with test registrations facilitated through the Self-Paced Module Test Portal (https://spmt.icai.org/ICAI/LoginAction_input.action).
