Finance Manager for Shared Services (Business Development and Support) to help streamline and expand our operations through an effective expansion and stabilization strategy
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring success of Finance Shared Services (FSS)
- Adherence and compliance to SLAs and COA
- Drive KPI’s and Efficiency
- Internal Controls & Process Improvement
- Supervises team of 12 to 15 associates
Qualifications:
- CA, MBA finance, CA Inter, M.Com
- Minimum Work Experience- 6-8 yrs post qualification experience
Functional activities:
- Individual contributor who works under limited supervision; applies subject matter knowledge; has capacity to understand specific needs or requirements to apply skills/knowledge.
- Adherence to SOW, SLAs, controls, compliance, and governance
- Business development: build long term sustainable relationships with customers, explore new business opportunities, make time bound action plans to ensure achievement of goals in alignment with stakeholders, organize regular governance and cadence calls
- Expert knowledge in accounting and reporting
- Good at managing stakeholders and auditors
Functional Competencies:
- Accounting and reporting strong skills
- System and processes (high degree of focus and belief in Processes, working knowledge of SAP / MS Dynamics ERP; will and ability to work with technical team on automation projects)
- Controls & Compliance champion
- IT Knowledge- ERP (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics)
