Qualification
Responsibilites
- Monitor overall performance of Outbound logistics of all plant locations
- Overall transit time performance
- Transit quality
- DSI (Dealer Satisfaction Index) to measure quality of vehicles received at dealership
- Freight management
- Any other logistics stategy.
- Overall BBND performance / reduction.
- Enhance multi model transportation – transportation through Trains, Containers & Trailers
- Preparing Outbound Performance Index and reviewing them on monthly basis
- Monthly visits and reviews with Outbound locations team to improve the performance.
- Overall Outbound Logistics cost reduction.
