• Maintaining Harmonious Industrial Relations and Vigilance pertaining to the requirement of Workforce.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies and campaigns by owning digital media plans, campaign execution, optimization, reporting and analysis.
•    Oversee social media management of the designated brand, by creating and maintaining social calendar, help build brand image, including engagement and qualitative/ quantitative analysis of performance to incorporate learnings in the future
•    Establish KPIs and goals and manage relationship with digital and social media agencies ensuring annual performance reviews to improve performance and efficiency
•    Work with the Brand, Sales and Product teams to ensure marketing goals and directions are aligned on Digital Marketing initiatives
•    Define and implement CLC & PLC  journey (across lead to retail touchpoints)
